Anniversary Ale - Gordy’s Walkabout

This wheat beer uses thirty lbs. of blueberries but thankfully is still beer first. Quaky Isle and Aussie Hops make this one wicked neat beer. At 6.3% ABV this is a cracking pint for quaffing and then a walkabout.
Ataxia Tripel

This is a Tripel. You’ve been warned, and maybe warmed. Alcoholic sweetness balanced by high carbonation, a touch of ginger and coriander. Yummy. Herbal, spice and citrus notes. Dangerously easy to drink!
Bollocks Bayard Black IPA

Black as night, Damn near chewy, roasted bread… Dutch cocoa, Cuban coffee, charred prunes and cordial cherries. Finish continues for days. Boom ABV 6%
Double Lloyd Oatmalt Stout

Blacker than midnight, bold roasted flavor with a viscous oat malt derived oiliness.. Dark toasted bread, Guatemalan coffee, cocoa, blackened raisins and a long finish, but eminently drinkable. ABV 7.2%
Effing E.S.M.

Extra Special Mild, we like our milds very special and very mild and maybe a little wild. Classic Yorkshire beer, all Brit ingredients, very smooth and mouth filling, nice malt down the middle, but clean and somewhat herbal finish. Lovely spot-on pint served through a sparkler. ABV 5.8%
Emma Chisit

Fool’s Gold

Fragrant, very much so. Straw colored, pillowy head and tons of earthy, spicy citrus notes, clean and crisp on the end. Being a Belgian Saison, makes this beer about more than a balance of malt and hops, the third element of fruity, floral and funky. Crafted and named by Ian (he’ll accept all comments) Nicely drinkable at 5.7% ABV
Green Gaberlunzie

Fools gather round. We may be feckit but we’ll stand a round with this sexy IPA beastie. The hop schedule is straight from the Left Coast with Simcoe, CTZ and Cascade leading the charge. Assertive, grapefruit zest bitterness, a little piney with a balanced dose of light English Carastan. Lovely at ABV 7.2%
HEAD SKULL MIND BEER

Think of Vermont as a beer style. This Double IPA uses the Vermont (Conan) yeast, U.K. malts and four American and one U.K. hop variety, massively. Tons of light fruits, apple and peach drops, a bit zesty in the finish. ABV 7%
Heady Danker

Don’t IPA me I’ll IPA you! This is a sour, a Belgian and a bit Yank, and a little dank. Lorries full of hops in this one, Citra and Simcoe, pucker up mate. ABV 6.5%

Kennett Pride was truly developed “In the Woods by Men of Science” The malt, the hops, the water and the process all balanced on the fine edge of British and American brewing tradition. O’Zapft

This is our first Milk Stout. The recipe is an agglomeration of historical London grist bills with English brown malt for a burnt cookie chocolate note, with the English ale yeast yielding a stone fruit, figgy flavor. Made velvety and rich with lactose but eminently sessionable. Recommended for general family use where a Pale Ale is not required. ABV 5.5%

Stop dithering about. This beer will brace you up directly. Chocolate, mocha and cocoa, blackened raisins and a long finish, very black, but eminently drinkable. Finishes warm but not hot in the least. ABC 9.4%
